The chocolate orange brownie balls are made from Medjool dates, dates, toasted almonds, peanuts, walnuts, homemade peanut butter, cocoa powder, orange oil and cacao nibs. The peanut & coconut balls are made from dates, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, homemade peanut butter, cocoa powder, coconut oil, chia seeds and dessicated coconut.

Darrell runs the café and Caroline makes the delicious cakes and protein balls; all lovingly handmade in the café and sent to you, carefully wrapped, by first class post. This August, Caroline was awarded a Great Taste Award by the Guild of Fine Foods for her chocolate orange brownie protein balls.
We do not believe in using cheap ingredients. We only use the best quality ingredients, locally sourced where possible. All our packaging can be recycled.
